For this months review, I decided to let everyone in on a little secret, something I call the hidden gem of bookstores. We all know the big name stores: Borders, Barnes and Noble, Amazon and even Ebay. We all know the used books stores that we go to within our local neighborhoods. What most people don't know is that Marshalls and TJ Maxx actually have a good book selection. We know the names, we go there to buy designer clothes for half the price. Most of us probably consider these stores to be our favorite places to shop for clothes. So why wouldn't they sell books for cheaper the cost of the big name stores? Isn't that the premise of these two stores?
Most of the books at Marshalls and TJ Maxx are 2 to 3 dollars cheaper than the listed book price. That's 2 to 3 dollars you can use to by another book. I have seen books such as the Twilight series, Dairy of a Wimpy Kid, Percy Jackson and the Olympians and more. These aren't just no name books here and why would they be. If they sell designer clothes, of course they would sell designer books. Go check them out. You'll see why I just had to let you in on my secret.
