_Supplies Needed:
-Construction Paper or felt
-Hole Puncher
-Ribbon or paper clips
-Scissors
-Tape/Glue
-Decorating supplies (glitter, pipe cleaners, jewels, etc.)

Steps to assemble:
  1. Cut the paper or felt into the desired shape for the ornament.
  2. Decorate the ornament as desired leaving some room at the top.  Hint: do not make the ornament too heavy.  It may not hold on the tree.
  3. Cut strands of ribbon or unfold one side of the paper clip.  One side will hook into the ornament and the other will hook to the tree limb.
  4. Punch a hole at the top of the ornament.
  5. Insert the paper clip or ribbon into the punched hole.  If using ribbon, tie the tip of the ribbon into a knot.
  6. Hang on the tree and repeat for more ornaments.
