Tootsie Roll Lollypop Ghosts

Here's what you'll need:

Supplies Needed:
-Tootsie Roll Lollypops
-Tissues
-Ribbon
-Black Sharpie
-Scissors

Steps to assemble:
  1. Wrap the lollypop in the tissue. Use more than one to hide the color of the wrapping.
  2. Cut strands of ribbon.
  3. Tie the ribbon around the bottom of the lollypop top. Curl the ribbon as desired.
  4. Draw two eyes using the sharpie.
  5. Repeat the process for each lollypop.
